LiveAble applies a unique and proven approach to bringing economic self-sufficiency to female head of households ages 18-30. We help them move from merely surviving to thriving.
The individuals who participate in this program are highly motivated to create a better life for themselves, their children and their community. The program provides a one-year cohort experience for peers to move forward together in a healthy, positive and encouraging environment. Program participants benefit from coaching, credit counseling, goal setting, educational and career planning, jobs and other needs resources-all with respect and sensitivity to their culture.

What is a cohort?
The cohort model helps participants develop through group interaction. They develop their own voice, learn to think critically in a safe environment and actively engage the learning process.
