Fall Semester at Able Works

Summer is winding down, but Able Works is gearing up for Fall classes and cohorts!

Earlier this week, Able launched a FutureProfits class with Oxford Day Academy, a new school partner. This class of sophomores will be meeting at the Able Works offices for both our traditional FutureProfits curriculum as well as a Focus Group to dig deeper on life skills, goal setting and peer accountability. We are eager to learn and grow alongside our students!

Next month, Able will be launching three LiveAble cohorts! LiveAble cohorts will be based at Selby Lane School and McKinley Institute of Technology, both in Redwood City, and at the Ravenswood Family Health Center in East Palo Alto. We are looking forward to getting to know these new families and journeying together during this season.

If you or someone you know would benefit from participating in a LiveAble cohort, please email blanca@able.is for details on upcoming info sessions and more!

We hope you are as excited about our stellar fall line up as we are. We are so grateful for you. Your friendship and support is what makes our programs possible!

Matching Grant Opportunity Ends September 30th!

We are in final days of our $30,000 matching grant! Will you partner with us in equipping our youth, like our sophomores from Oxford Day Academy, with life skills and financial education? All gifts made by September 30th, 2018, will be matched 1:1!

Please, walk alongside us towards self-determination and economic mobility for all.

Yes, I will equip youth for their futures!
